About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of lofilotusllc.com and the Lotus AI Leasing Assistant (chat widget, AI phone receptionist, and owner dashboard), provided by Lofi Lotus LLC, a California limited liability company ("Lofi Lotus," "we," "us"). By using the site or the product you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Use of the service

  • Lotus provides automated answers about a rental property, and can schedule tours on the property's calendar. Answers come from information the property has supplied; pricing and availability are confirmed by the property's leasing team.
  • Lotus is an AI assistant, not a person. You can ask to speak with a member of the leasing team at any time.
  • You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else.

SMS text messaging program

  • Program: Lofi Lotus LLC sends text messages related to a request you make, such as tour confirmations, scheduling updates, and follow-ups to a demo or tour request. We do not send unrelated promotional messages.
  • How you opt in: by checking the unchecked, optional SMS consent box next to the phone field on our contact form, or by providing your phone number to Lotus (chat or phone) to request a property tour. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving other service.
  • Message frequency: varies based on your interactions.
  • Costs: standard message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
  • Help: reply HELP for assistance, or email info@lofilotusllc.com.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your data: see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Property information and third parties

Property details shown by Lotus are provided by each property's operator. Lofi Lotus is not the landlord and is not a party to any lease or rental agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lofi Lotus disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will update the date above when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
